SHIPPING POLICY

 

As most items are handmade, we aim for all items to be shipped within 3 - 5 working days of order being placed.

All 'sample sale' or 'ready to ship' items will be shipped within 3 working days of order being placed.

All Items are shipped Royal Mail signed for with the option of 1st or 2nd class.


1st Class Signed For Prices
Orders under 1kg - £5.00
Orders 1kg-2kg - £7.00
Orders over 2kg - £10.00

2nd Class Signed For Prices
Orders under 1kg - £4.50
Orders 1kg-2kg - £5.00
Order over 2kg – £7.00

If your items are shipped 1st class, the Royal Mail aim to deliver 1-2 working days. If your items are shipped 2nd class, the Royal Mail aim to deliver in2-3 working days. In the rarity that the parcel is lost, Royal Mail state to allow at least 10 days before declaring it as lost.

We only deliver to the UK, however if you are outside of the UK and wish to purchase our items and pay for international shipping - It can be arranged.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 Returns are accepted if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will be responsible for the cost of return.

Refund will not be issue until we have received and checked the item(s).

A refund will be issues, only if you have contacted us before sending the item back to us and if returned in original packaging.

Please obtain proof of purchase when returning your item. This is a free service offered by Royal Mail/Post Office in the UK. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you may need to make a claim against the shipping company.

The Shipping and Packaging costs are non-refundable

Faulty Goods
Please check your entire order as soon as it arrives and email if anything is damaged or faulty within 5 days of receiving the products. Faulty products returned within 14 days will be replaced with new ones.

All faulty items must be returned with proof of purchase in order to obtain a repair or replacement.
